How can I create an account?

Simply click the login tab and click create an account where it will ask you a few quick questions

Product prices will displayed once an account is created

What are the different account types?

There are two types of accounts.

1. Cash account which is the default account when you create an account.
2. Credit account which requires a credit application which can be accessed here (Insert link)

Do I need an account to make an order?

Yes, an account is required to create an order.

Is pickup available for orders?

Currently pickups are not an option but will be in the near future.

How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow for 1 working day for processing

How can I receive a sample of a Volta product?

Samples can be requested by emailing info@voltaindustries.ca

How do I request a quote for a job bid?

Quoting is built right into the website. Start by searching for the product and click “Add to quote”. Once all products have been added then click “Get Quote” and someone from the Volta team will be in touch with pricing, availability and any questions or concerns.
